All of the common stock is being offered by Regado Biosciences. In addition, Regado Biosciences has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 925,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any, at the initial public offering price. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on August 22, 2013 under the ticker symbol "RGDO." The offering is expected to close on August 27, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
