Dr. Freim is well-known throughout the environmental industry for his work in developing break-through in situ chemical reduction (ISCR) technologies successfully employed throughout the environmental remediation industry. Mr. Harvey is a leader in the design and application of colloidal zero valent iron remediation technologies and has supported engineering firms throughout North America in successful project application.

In their new roles, REGENESIS will look to Dr. Freim to expand its technology offering by developing new, cutting-edge ISCR amendments. Throughout his career, Dr. Freim has published and presented at many leading conferences and symposia and has been awarded numerous grants through the EPA, NIH, DOE, NSF, USAF, and US Missile Defense Agency. His background in the processing and synthesis of engineered materials, including metal and ceramic nanopowders, eventually led to his founding of OnMaterials in 2000. The author of 8 patents, Dr. Freim's success in developing new and effective metals technologies is a strong complement to REGENESIS' existing Research and Development team and its product development pipeline.

Dr. Freim and Mr. Harvey's backgrounds in colloid milling processes will also enable REGENESIS to establish a world-class, state-of-the-art micro-milling operation dedicated to the production of advanced environmental technologies.
