Remy International, Inc. Sets Date for 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

PENDLETON, Ind., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Yesterday, Remy International, Inc.'s (OTC-PINK: RMYI) Board of Directors set October 18, 2012 as the date for the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will be held at the Company Headquarters starting at 9 am (EDT), and the agenda will consist of the election of directors.  Shareholders of record as of the close of business September 13, 2012 (the "Record Date") shall have the right to vote in person at the meeting or by proxy.  The proxy materials will be mailed to shareholders on or about September 20, 2012.
