Rep. Fattah Mourns the Loss of Philadelphia Leader Happy Fernandez
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA-02) issues this statement upon the death of Happy Fernandez.
