The Saturday Bahamas Cruise is the hottest weekend choice, starting with a unique experience onboard BiminiSuperFast, which continues onto the Bimini Islands. Upon departure, wine and dine as the sun sets with the shimmering Miami skyline as a backdrop; move up to the Club 360 party deck, relax and dance to top named DJs while crossing the Florida Straits; play live action table games or slots in the casino onboard. Kicking off this new Saturday entertainment is famed DJ Vertigo, co-hosting with MACK from Miami's #1 hit music station, Y-100.
On arrival in Bimini, continue partying onboard or move your party to island and enjoy the restaurants, bars and casino within the Resorts World Bimini resort. For those who want a culturally enlightening Bimini nightlife experience, visit local restaurants, bars and clubs with unique names such as the historic "Bimini Big Game Fishing Club" opened in 1936; the infamous "End of the World Bar" with sand on the floor or "Big John's" featuring a fabulous local Bimini band that offers live music combining Reggae and Soca with a local DJ taking over between midnight and 3am.
And for guests who enjoy fitness, it will be a perfect start to a beautiful Caribbean morning with sunrise at 6:30am. You can jog the entire North Bimini Island, which is only 5 miles from one end to the other, the perfect setting for a 5k or 10k run on the just resurfaced road of Bimini or on the beaches fronting most of the island or simply enjoy a leisurely one hour, 2-mile round-trip, walk between the jetty and Paradise Beach. You will be able to marvel at the turquoise color waters, white sandy beaches, multi-million beach-front villas, the famous 3 sisters rock outcrop, calm Lagoon with beautiful private yachts in marinas and still have time to enjoy a breakfast in the casino or a premium coffee as we proudly brew "Starbucks" outlet before departure at 9am.
"This is an unique weekend experience no one else can offer in Miami," said Ed Farrell, President at Resorts World Bimini. "Guests can start boarding the ship at 2pm and return to Miami by Sunday noon and have plenty of time to rest for work the next day."
"This is also a great family experience for those with kids and groups of up to 6 as additional passengers after the first two sail free and they can have the choice of ship cabins which can accommodate four (two upper and two lower berths) or two-room condominiums which can sleep 6," Cristienne De Souza, VP of Marketing added.
The all-Inclusive cruise price starts from $199 per person based on double occupancy and a choice of $25 per person for third and fourth guests in the same cabin or $25 per person for a further 4 persons in a two-room condominium.
Guests staying in cabins must have birth certificates with a government issued ID and passengers staying on land must have passports. Alcoholic drinks and gambling are restricted to guests 18 years of age.
