("Reven" or the "Company") (OTCQB: RVEN) announced today that, subject to market conditions, it intends to offer up to $25 million of shares of its common stock in a private placement to eligible purchasers at the purchase price of $1.00 per share. Reven intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to acquire real estate investments and for general corporate purposes.
