Ricky's Board Shop, Inc. Acquires AdCastPlus(TM) Advertising Patents and Technology from Kattegat, Ltd., Becomes KlausTech, Inc.(TM)
PLANO, Texas, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On November 30, 2009, Ricky's Board Shop acquired the patents and technology for AdCastPlus™ from Kattegat, Ltd., a Virgin Islands corporation.
AdCastPlus™ is a unique patented advertising technology solution that provides non-scrollable, time-controllable ads, enabling brand advertisers to have the same sort of ad accountability on the web that they have become accustomed to on Television. The technology applies to any application related to online, mobile, and multimedia advertising, among others.
On January 29, 2010 the company changed its name to KlausTech, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KLTI). The goals of the company include: (i) licensing its technology to publishers, advertisers, ad networks, search engines, Internet companies, mobile phone carriers and others; (ii) installing, managing and administering the technology as used by current, pending, and future clients; (iii) utilizing an existing global footprint as a platform to expand operations further into US markets.
The company currently has 46,075,005 shares of common stock outstanding.
