Launched today, the Ricoh Dealer Gateway affirms Ricoh's commitment to being easy for dealers to do business with. The technology provides dealers with real-time access to information via Ricoh's Oracle ERP system through a consolidated dealer portal that interfaces with DGI's e-automate system and similar ERP systems from DGI's sister companies, OMD Corporation and La Crosse Management Systems, Inc. The automated systems interface pushes model, configuration, part, supply and other data from Ricoh directly into the dealers' management systems. Dealers no longer have to manually key in the information, a time-consuming, error-prone process that can complicate ordering and daily operations.
