Rivet Software Appoints Barry Capoot as Chief Financial Officer

DENVER, Nov. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Rivet Software, the premier provider of standards-based business reporting and analytics, announced today the appointment of Mr. Barry Capoot as the company's chief financial officer.  As chief financial officer, Mr. Capoot will focus on delivering operational excellence by overseeing the daily financial operations of Rivet Software. In addition to financial management and department leadership, he will work closely with the executive team to drive Rivet's overall business strategy.

Mr. Capoot is a recognized business leader with more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Rivet Software, Mr. Capoot was the chief financial officer of Diamond Wire Material Technologies, a manufacturing company focused in the solar energy industry.  While there he directed financial management, strategic planning and contracts administration.  Before joining Diamond Wire, Mr. Capoot was a managing director at Green Manning & Bunch, a middle market investment bank where he spent nearly ten years executing merger, acquisition and financing transactions. Mr. Capoot also worked at Bank of America in the Structured Finance Group and at Ernst & Young as a CPA in the audit practice.
