Prior, she served as Principal and Director of Brokerage at Trammell Crow Company for Washington, DC, and Maryland, where she led tenant representation, agency leasing, retail leasing and tax appeal. During her 30-year career, Ms. Liss has executed transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet and has been a strategic real estate advisor for an array of tenants and investors.

Ms. Liss is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she serves on the Professional Advisory Council of the Department of Architectural Engineering and the College of Engineering Advancement Committee.
Ms. Liss joins DTZ following the merger of DTZ and Cassidy Turley at the end of 2014, which was orchestrated by an investment consortium including TPG Capital, PAG Asia Capital and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. The merger created a global, Top 3 commercial real estate services firm operating under a new DTZ brand and with capabilities to serve occupier and investor clients anywhere in the world.
"This is an exciting time to join DTZ," Ms. Liss said. "With the new ownership structure and international capabilities, DTZ's ability to provide greater service to existing clients and pursue new opportunities is tremendously expanded.
