LIVONIA, Mich., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (NYSE: TRW) today announced that Robin Walker-Lee has joined the Company as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She will also be a member of TRW's Management Committee.

Her distinguished legal career to date has included a series of executive positions at General Motors including general counsel and vice president of public policy for General Motors – Latin America, Africa & Middle East and, most recently, as assistant general counsel, operations for General Motors Company. From August 2008 to July 2009 Ms. Walker-Lee was also on special assignment to the general counsel of General Motors.  Ms. Walker-Lee entered the legal profession as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan Law School, where she was executive editor of the Michigan Law Review and Order of the Coif. Walker-Lee holds a B.A. with honors in French and English from the University of Kansas.
