NEW YORK, Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ROKT, the transaction marketing company, named Eli Chalfin Senior Vice President of Partner Business Development, a newly-created position. The veteran digital services and media executive has been tapped to grow the company's global network of partners, which includes more than 70 of the world's leading online brands.
In his role, Chalfin will take the lead in bringing large global brands onto the ROKT network of e-commerce operators while supporting regional managing directors and their teams around the globe. He will report to Ant Hearne, ROKT's Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Chalfin brings 25 years of executive-level experience at direct marketing, loyalty and Internet advertising companies. Prior to joining ROKT, he was President of SynapseConnect, a division of Time Inc. Before that Chalfin served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Webloyalty, an online post-transaction marketing company, and as CMO of the Vendare Group, an online database and direct marketing company. He also served as CEO of Blink.com and a Vice President of DoubleClick.
