Rollins, Inc. Increases Dividend By 12.5 Percent

ATLANTA, Jan. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE: ROL), announced that the Board of Directors approved a 12.5% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The increased regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share will be payable March 8, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business February 8, 2013. This marks the eleventh consecutive year the Board has increased its dividend a minimum of 12% or greater.
