Further to the announcement made by Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) on December 13, 2012 concerning the appointment of Mr Gerrit Zalm as a Director of the Company with effect from January 1, 2013, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13:
Mr Zalm is Chairman of the Board of Management of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. There is no information to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (6) inclusive.
