Royal Financial, Inc. Announces Adjournment Of Annual Meeting To February 19, 2013

CHICAGO, Jan. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Royal Financial, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:   RYFL.OB) (the "Company"), today announced that the Company's 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"), which is scheduled to be held on January 23, 2013, will be adjourned because of the anticipated lack of a sufficient number of shares of the Company's common stock present, either in person or by proxy, to constitute a quorum in order to conduct the business scheduled at the meeting.  The Annual Meeting will be reconvened at 1:00 p.m. Central time on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Company's main offices located at 9226 South Commercial Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.  The record date of November 26, 2012 and the agenda remain unchanged for the adjourned Annual Meeting.
