RSM Signs Agreement With Assistance Software

Assistance Software is proud to announce that RSM US LLP (RSM) - the leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market in the U.S. - has chosen the Assistance PSA Suite for Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
After a successful pilot, RSM US's consulting line of business chose the Assistance PSA Suite for managing the firm's Opportunities, Projects, Resources and Timesheets. RSM is deploying the PSA Suite for 2,000 employees to manage their consulting projects. In December 2015, RSM's audit and tax lines of business will follow with a proof of concept, with the possibility of implementing the PSA Suite for Microsoft Dynamics CRM firm-wide as an end-to-end solution.
In addition, RSM has become a partner of Assistance Software to implement the PSA Suite at other professional service firms as part of its national Dynamics CRM Practice.
