TORONTO, June 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ - Rubicon Minerals Corporation (TSX: RMX) (OTCQX: RBYCF) ("Rubicon" or the "Company")  announces amendments to the proposed new Articles to be submitted for adoption at its upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. ET (the "Meeting"). The amendments are intended to align Rubicon's Articles with recommendations issued by ISS and Glass Lewis.
