Ruckus Networks Appoints Bart Giordano as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ruckus Networks, an ARRIS company, today announced Bart Giordano as the company's new Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Giordano will report to Ian Whiting, President of Ruckus Networks. He will be responsible for revenue, gross margin, and all aspects of Ruckus's go-to-market activities.

Last year, Giordano established a cross-functional Cloud Services practice to accelerate recurring revenue and drive operational efficiency across the company's SaaS portfolio. During the first half of 2018, Ruckus Cloud Wi-Fi has been one of the company's fastest growing products, expanding internationally. Cloudpath™ software has also continued its impressive growth, diversifying beyond higher education and winning major enterprise brands.

Giordano's 20-year career includes both technical and business roles in networking, wireless, and cloud companies. Prior to joining Ruckus Networks, he led partner sales and business development at Egnyte, an enterprise software company. Previously, he held senior product management, marketing and business development roles in wireless connectivity at Marvell Semiconductor. Before Marvell, Giordano was a senior engineer at Cisco in the Security Technology Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
