Jack Carney has been named the new General Manager at Russell & Smith Ford. Carney has the experience needed as he spent thirteen years as the GM at Russell & Smith Honda, before moving to Ford. In those thirteen years, he grew the Honda store to one of the largest volume dealers in the country. Under Carney, Russell & Smith Honda was last year's dealer of the year in Texas and previously rated by Dealer Rater #1 in the country over all other manufacturers in customer satisfaction. From Carney's twenty-five years of experience in the auto industry, he brings competitive pricing strategies with unparalleled customer service, exactly what the Ford store is looking for. Honda's Service Director, Wes Blair, is joining Carney in the move to Ford and will become the new Ford Service Director. Blair brings with him thirty years of experience in the auto industry and a main focus on customer satisfaction. Together, Carney and Blair have high expectations for Russell & Smith's Ford store.
