Russell Brands Launches 'Russell' Collection at Walmart Heritage Sports Apparel Manufacturer Develops Performance Apparel at Value Prices

BOWLING GREEN, Ky., Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Russell Brands, LLC, announced today that its new performance men's collection, Russell, will launch at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com. 

"The Russell collection was made for consumers who demand performance and style in their active wear, but don't wish to pay exorbitant amounts to achieve both," said Bill Newton, executive vice president and CMO for Russell Brands.  "This apparel delivers on performance and quality, but is priced appropriately for everyone to enjoy."

The Russell line includes 50 performance items for men including tops such as fleece hoodies, bottoms, underwear and socks.  The line is made with dri-power 360™ materials, that wick moisture away and help keep wearers dry and comfortable, as well as other performance technology at low prices.
