Saatva Inc.,5:16-cv-00396-KKC.
Pursuant to the settlement agreement, on April 24, 2017, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky entered an order dismissing with prejudice Tempur Sealy's complaint, which asserted various claims of false advertising under the federal Lanham Act and several claims under Kentucky law. The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential and Saatva continues to deny any allegations of wrongdoing. Saatva and Tempur Sealy have agreed to respect one another and look forward to continuing as healthy competitors in the marketplace.
