Sabre Corporation Announces Secondary Offering of Common Stock

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Feb. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sabre Corporation ("Sabre" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: SABR) today announced the public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock by existing stockholders affiliated with TPG Global, LLC and Silver Lake Management Company, L.L.C. and certain members of Company management. In addition, certain of the selling stockholders are expected to grant the underwriters of the secondary offering an option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company is not selling any shares in this offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. 

Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank are acting as joint bookrunners for this offering.
