Safelite AutoGlass Wins 2012 Best in Biz Awards in HR & Customer Service
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation's largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, has earned two 2012 Best in Biz Awards: Gold in the HR Department of the Year category and Silver in the Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year category. More than 400 entries were received.
Safelite's HR team received Gold for its "People First" initiative – a strategy to drive business performance by having an obsessive focus on having great people.
