Saga Communications, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.20 per Share

GROSSE POINTE FARMS, Mich., June 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Saga Communications, Inc. (NYSE MKT: SGA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share for its Class A and Class B shares.  The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2015 to shareholders of record on June 22, 2015. 

The Company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends in the future as declared by the Board of Directors.  Consistent with returning value to our shareholders, the Board of Directors will also consider declaring special cash dividends as the Company did in 2012, 2013 and 2014 as well as consider stock dividends.
