John Edgar leads Salient CRGT's Innovation Centers as Chief Strategist – IT Transformation. Mark Colturi serves as Senior Vice President of the Federal Modernization of Systems and Services (FMSS) Business Unit.
Edgar directs a highly skilled team that helps achieve customers' mission goals by delivering cutting-edge solutions in Agile software development, cyber security, data analytics, and mobility. He works closely with Salient CRGT's Innovation Center teams to bring cross-discipline expertise and modern capabilities to customers, helping them meet critical goals in today's demanding environment.

Before joining Salient CRGT, Edgar served as Vice President, Information Technology, for the United States Postal Service (USPS). While at the USPS, John was responsible for one of the world's largest corporate technology infrastructures with IT systems that operate around the clock powering all USPS business units. Under his leadership, USPS IT provided robust, reliable, secure computing and innovative new services with an agile, lean organization. He led IT to modernize processes and design new technology solutions to meet the evolving business needs helping the Postal Service to continue to provide affordable, convenient products and services to all US citizens and customers worldwide.
Colturi directs the delivery of software design and development capabilities for modernizing, deploying, and operating mission-critical applications. Under his leadership, the FMSS Business Unit provides systems design and development, software delivery best practices, and best-of-breed solutions for modernizing legacy systems.

Colturi brings over 30 years of experience to his new responsibilities. Prior to joining Salient CRGT, he managed business development for Digital Management, Inc. and spent 25 years as a leader at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Booz Allen Principal, Colturi led key management and delivery roles for both Federal Government and commercial customers. Colturi led a business portfolio that included management and technology consulting for high visibility clients. He helped to define a consultative approach that focused on delivering large-scale technology solutions. Throughout his career, Colturi has specialized in legacy system IT modernization services, integration of advanced COTS products, and business process reengineering.
