Sallyanne Harper Joins AOC Solutions Federal Practice

CHANTILLY, Va., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- AOC Solutions, Inc. announced today that Sallyanne Harper will join the company's Government Financial Management leadership team in September as its vice president – executive officer.  

In this newly created position, Harper will be responsible for all aspects of the company's strategic planning, performance management, human capital, administration and knowledge service functions. 

"Sallyanne has a proven track record in federal financial management and information technology, and we're excited to have an executive of her caliber join our leadership team," said Allen O. With more than 33 years of federal service, Harper has held key executive positions over the course of her career, most recently as chief financial officer (CFO) and chief administrative officer (CAO) of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO).  Previously, she served as CFO for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. 

Harper received a BA in psychology from Lasalle University and an MBA from George Washington University in 1987.  She is also a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
