(CFS) and Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC (SPF), full-service broker dealers and SEC Registered Investment Advisers providing customized investment and insurance solutions to financial institutions, are moving to a new office campus in Scripps Ranch, an area of San Diego. The companies share back office support and, due to significant growth in the past two years, they are moving to meet their long-term needs for expansion.

The broker dealers will move to a 4.31 acre campus at 10150 Meanley Drive, San Diego, CA 92131 in mid-December, expanding into 30,425 square feet from current occupied space of approximately 17,000 square feet. The modern building, built in 2001 along the I-15 corridor, will offer more efficient technology, better connectivity and larger training center capabilities in addition to more offices and parking spaces. CFS and SPF were represented by Brandon Keith with Voit Real Estate Services in seeking the location.
