The Sani Awards celebrate innovation and excellence in food safety and promote best practices within the foodservice industry for education/training, employee/customer programs and guest experience. This year, we received double digit growth in nominations. This coupled with the increased quality of the nominations resulted in the advisory council awarding 2 winners in category B.
