Sapiens International (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS), a global provider of solutions for the insurance industry, today announced the completion of the merger transaction with FIS Software Ltd. and IDIT I.D.I. Technologies Ltd, both well-established solution providers for the insurance industry.
