While survey employers report that they expect to continue shifting more plan cost to employees through increases in premium cost sharing, they are also accelerating their movement toward longer term cost control strategies, such as wellness, consumer driven health plans, private exchanges and defined contribution approaches to health plan design.
From these published survey results, Savitz' Health and Welfare consulting team is able to provide employers benchmarking assessments that evaluate their specific health benefits design compared to the survey group, along with additional comparisons to national survey data.
