("iAutomation"), announced today the acquisition of iAutomation, a value-added designer and distributor of highly-engineered automation products, solutions and services for manufacturers of technologically advanced automated equipment. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. This is the second investment in Saw Mill's most recent private equity fund.
