SB Financial Group Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock of 3.5 cents
DEFIANCE, Ohio, Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SB Financial Group (NASDAQ: SBFG) ("SB Financial") announced today that its board of directors passed a resolution declaring a quarterly cash dividend of 3.5 cents per common share, payable on February 21, 2014, to shareholders of record as of February 7, 2014.
"We are pleased to return to our shareholders a common dividend of 3.5 cents per share. This continues our payout from the linked quarter," said Mark Klein, President and CEO of SB Financial Group. "On an annualized basis, this dividend represents a 17 percent increase over our 2013 payout levels."
