In an effort to continue to recognize the impact innovation has, SBANE has invited three of the winners and finalists from the program to participate in a panel presentation on June 23rd, 2015. The executives of these companies have agreed to share these compelling stories on how they originated and where they believe their technologies will take them.
So while "Invent, experience, disrupt" are characteristics of all of SBANE's 2015 New England Innovation Awards Finalists and Winners, three in particular could be the next generation of diagnostic and surgical powerhouses that achieve both efficacy in health care cost and saving lives. BioDirection, Sudbury, MA, Gamma Medica, Salem, NH and Medrobotics, Raynham, MA have all acquired strong intellectual patent protection in their respective health care space in order for them to raise capital and conduct clinical trials in concussions, breast cancer and flexible surgical platforms.
