SC Johnson Named to 2013 World's Best Multinational Workplaces List by Great Place To Work® Institute

Company Honored for Third Straight Year with 19th Place Ranking

RACINE, Wis., Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, SC Johnson was named as one of the 2013 World's Best Multinational Workplaces by the Great Place to Work® Institute, earning the 19th spot in the ranking. This is the company's third consecutive year on the list, which honors the top 25 multinational companies in terms of workplace excellence and culture, and demonstrates the 127-year old family company's commitment to creating great workplaces.

The third annual World's Best Multinational Workplaces list ranks the top 25 global companies to work for. Qualifying companies must have appeared on at least five national Great Place to Work® lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide, and at least 40 percent of their global workforce must work outside of the company's home country.

The Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify and develop great workplaces through the creation of high-trust cultures. The Institute serves businesses, non-profits and government agencies in 45 countries. In addition to the latest award from the Great Place to Work® Institute, in 2012/2013 SC Johnson was named to Great Place to Work® lists in several of the countries in which it operates, including Argentina, Canada, Chile, India, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, UK and Venezuela. Additionally, this past year, SC Johnson received a 100 percent from the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index, and Working Mother Magazine included the company on its list of the "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers" for the 25th time.
