SC&H Capital Advises White Cliffs Consulting in Sale to Novetta Solutions/Arlington Capital Partners

BALTIMORE, Sept. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SC&H Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, White Cliffs Consulting, by Novetta Solutions, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners.

White Cliffs Consulting is the recognized leader in the digital discovery domain and an innovator in applying multidisciplinary high-end technical analysis, software engineering, and mission engineering to the entire end-to-end Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and cyber mission spectrum. Based in Columbia, MD, White Cliffs Consulting has grown rapidly since its inception in 2006 and today employs approximately 60 professionals. WCC's expertise and unique technical capabilities will enhance Novetta Solution's ability to solve the challenges of a rapidly changing and evolving Big Data World.

Novetta Solutions was formed in March 2012 through the merger of White Oak Technologies, Inc. and FGM, Inc. Novetta provides high-end, mission critical technology solutions to customers within the Intelligence, Department of Defense, and Homeland Security Communities and other organizations working with massive quantities of data. The acquisition furthers Novetta's strategy to become the industry leader in large-scale data analytics in support of the National Security community.
