Scoop, the Largest Carpooling Solution in the Country, Hires Josh Weisman as Vice President of Sales
Weisman, a founding member of Chariot, joins to lead company's sales strategy and team, driving expansion in new and existing markets
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Scoop (www.takescoop.com), the largest carpooling solution in the country with more than 3 million carpools completed to date, today announced the hiring of Josh Weisman as Vice President of Sales. Weisman will manage the entire enterprise sales process, forge partnerships with employers in new and existing markets, and lead the growing sales organization, reporting directly to Rob Sadow, Co-Founder and CEO.

As a founding team member at Chariot, Weisman built out the company's original operations team, expanded service across the Bay Area, and launched the sales organization by developing the Enterprise, Charters, and Government business lines. After Chariot was acquired by Ford Smart Mobility in 2016, Weisman oversaw the go-to-market strategy and launch of five new markets globally, including Chariot's first international market. Prior to joining Scoop, Weisman oversaw Global Sales and Marketing at Chariot.
