Scout Bolsters Leadership Team to Support Rapid Business Growth
New Hires to Lead Marketing and Customer Experience
BOSTON, Nov. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Scout, the world's largest recruitment marketplace directly connecting employers with specialized recruiters using performance data, today announced the addition of two new team members. Allyson Holbrook, VP of Marketing, and Karyn Rhoades, Director of Customer Experience, have joined the Company to support Scout's swift growth.
Holbrook will be responsible for spearheading and developing Scout's marketing initiatives and leading the Company's communications program. Prior to joining Scout, Holbrook was Vice President of Digital Platforms at Fidelity Investments, where she led end-user experience programs, expanded client relations and developed the Company's employment brand by exploring untapped opportunities in social and mobile technologies. Holbrook has also held director of marketing positions at Monster Worldwide and Reebok.
Rhoades brings two decades of customer service experience to her role and will work closely with Scout's customers to give them the best possible experience. She will scale customer support, onboard new customers to ensure success with the application and parlay customer feedback into product design, enhancement and implementation. Rhoades joins Scout from Intuit, Inc. where she was the Senior Manager of Customer Care, working directly with customers to gather meaningful feedback and creating strategies for improvement.
