SAN DIEGO, Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- SCST has recently acquired Talentscale, LLC, another service-disabled veteran-owned firm headquartered in Temecula, California. The firm has seen rapid development in the last two years in terms of geographic expansion and service offerings. Under SCST's new ownership, this acquisition continues the strategic growth and vision of both firms. Talentscale will continue to operate as a subsidiary of SCST, with a primary objective to expand its service offerings in several vertical markets. These include the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, maritime services, as well as expanded engineering and software solutions, while maintaining its long standing client base in aerospace and defense, aviation maintenance, logistics and engineering. Talentscale has provided staffing and long-term contractual labor solutions to their clients for nearly a decade, creating hundreds of jobs within the veteran community.

Founded in Temecula in 2008, Talentscale is comprised of approximately 120 employees, primarily skilled personnel, providing staffing services to large defense contractors and aerospace firms. They have recently expanded their services to other markets, such as safety managers, QA managers and environmental support staff within the AEC industry.
