SDSU's College of Business Ranked Among Top 20 Schools for Military Veterans
SAN DIEGO, March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The College of Business Administration at San Diego State University (SDSU) announced today that the college was ranked as the 18th best business school in the nation for M.B.A. programs available to military veterans by Military Times magazine.
The schools were assessed in five different categories as they related to U.S. military veterans: university culture; student support; academic outcomes and quality; academic policies; and cost and financial aid.
San Diego State University was one of only two business schools in California ranked in the top twenty by the magazine and one of 140 schools to participate in the Military Times survey. Only the top 64 M.B.A. programs were ranked by the magazine.
"Individuals who have selflessly served our nation deserve unparalleled support and encouragement as they transition from being military leaders into our future business leaders," said Dr. Gangaram Singh, interim dean at SDSU's College of Business Administration. "Both SDSU and the College of Business Administration have long been stalwarts in innovating new measures to help our military veterans to achieve outstanding academic success."
