SEATTLE, Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Come experience the true spirit of the season with the gift of giving through song at the 25th Silver Anniversary of Seattle's Great "Figgy Pudding Street Corner Caroling Competition" held Friday, December 2nd from 5:00 to 8:30.

Seattle jazz vocalist Sue Bell, joined by Marilyn Takamaru, take to the streets of beautiful Emerald City lined with carolers that come to sing and raise money for the Pike Market Senior Center & Downtown Food Bank. Groups work hard to raise money before the event by gathering sponsors, and then again the opportunity to give is the night of the caroling where donations can be dropped in boxes at the spots of each group. 

Sue Bell and Marilyn Takamaru, will be giving a gift of their Christmas CD "Upon The Highest Bough" with every donation of $10 or more. No expense was spared producing this pristine recording (available only at this event) and features musicians that are widely recognized and respected in what makes Seattle's music scene.

Please, put your coziest hat, coat, mittens and boots on and come down to join in the magic along with 10,000 others in this festive collaboration supporting the 40+ caroling groups that work hard to raise money for a good cause.
