BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Women's Council, part of CU's Leeds School of Business, is excited to announce its second Women Inspiring Leadership Development (WILD) Summit II event on April 4, 2014 at the Westin Hotel in Westminster. The Women's Council promotes the mission of the CU's Leeds School of Business by supporting its programs and events, and nourishes entrepreneurially minded students and leaders of the Front Range community to live up to their potential as trusted business mentors and advisors. In addition, for the second consecutive year, international advertising, marketing and public relations agency Ogilvy & Mather has signed up as WILD II's "Big Cat" sponsor. The financial support donated by early large national supporters, including Ogilvy & Mather, Comcast and Rudi's Organic, together with support by a number of other organizations, already has helped raise more than $45,000 for this year's event.
"We are thrilled to garner support again from Ogilvy & Mather as our Big Cat sponsor along with early donations from so many other great national and local organizations for WILD II," said Cindy Carrillo, event chair for the WILD II. "Supporting the Women's Council and women's leadership benefits everyone in our economic ecosystem located not only here on the Front Range, but across the country. This second-year WILD one-day career leadership Summit will provide an even more exciting and invigorating forum for women of all ages and professions to learn, engage and share their wisdom with a dynamic network of students, professionals and educators."
