Select Registry Appoints Mark Jaronski as Chief Executive Officer

CHARLESTON, S.C., Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Mark Jaronski has been named Chief Executive Officer of Select Registry, a portfolio of more than 320 quality-assured, independent bed and breakfasts, inns and boutique hotels throughout North America.

A 21-year veteran of the travel and hospitality industry, Jaronski most recently served as Vice President of Global Communications for Visit Orlando, the official tourism association representing the most visited destination in the United States. In this role, he was responsible for leading highly successful communications campaigns that elevated the awareness and prestige of the destination.

As Chief Executive Officer of Select Registry, Jaronski will be responsible for the overall performance of Select Registry as the organization grows to become a well-known brand of exceptional lodging experiences. He was a member of the leadership team that established Disney Cruise Line as the leader of a new, family cruising category in its first five years of operation. He has served as Chairman of U.S. Travel Association's Communications Committee since 2014.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Florida.
