SAN DIEGO, Sept. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Businesses rely on productivity levels to ensure profits, but employees can't always meet those productivity levels if they don't feel good physically and psychologically. SelfHelpWorks, a cognitive behavioral training leader, provides employers with proven tools to help their employees become physically and psychologically healthier, which should lead to better productivity.

Safest Workplaces Still Not Healthy Enough
Fortunately, the US ranks near the top when it comes to providing a healthy work environment where employees also feel they are psychologically safe. A recent study by Ipsos ranked India as the number one place for physical and psychologically safe workplaces and the United States as number two. Even with that ranking, though, eleven percent of survey respondents in the United States didn't find their workplaces healthy enough.
"The research is clear. Healthy employees take fewer sick days, and they're far more engaged," said Louis Ryan, SelfHelpWorks' founder. Our cognitive behavioral training programs are specifically designed to help create a healthier workplace."
A Growing Challenge
Thanks to the fact that the economy has been on a roller coaster ride over the past several years, creating the best possible workplace is a must for employers. The better employees feel, the higher the productivity levels and bottom line tend to be.
"Our goal is to empower employers to build a healthy workplace at the lowest possible cost. We get an endless stream of positive feedback from grateful program participants, and this translates into a happier, healthier workforce and increased productivity for our clients," said Ryan.
Creating better wellbeing at work may be a big challenge for many companies, but thanks to the assistance of vendors like SelfHelpWorks, it seems more possible than ever.
