Sequoia Announces New Executive Position to Support Expansion
Carrie S. Caudill, CPM® will head-up strategic operations and leadership of the regional management team.
WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Jan. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sequoia Equities, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Carrie Caudill to a newly-created position of Senior Portfolio Manager & Director of Strategic Operations. In this role, Ms. Caudill aims to promote operational consistency and quality control in daily property management activities, decisions, and implementations. In addition to her global leadership, Ms. Caudill will maintain day-to-day responsibilities for more than 3,000 units located in Seattle and Los Angeles MSA's.
Ms. Caudill joined Sequoia in 2007 as a Regional Portfolio Manager, and her career progressed quickly as new markets were added to her region. In addition to having 17-years of multifamily experience, Ms. Caudill won the Leadership Excellence Award in 2010, received her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) certification in 2013, and was appointed to the position of Co-Chair on the firm's Customer Experience Council in 2015.
In her new role, Ms. Caudill will report in to Cynthia M. McSherry, Senior Vice President, Director of Property Management. Ms. Caudill has a Masters in Speech Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She lives in Orange County, California where she is an active IREM member.
