Service Corporation International Completes Offering of $750 Million of Senior Notes

HOUSTON, May 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Service Corporation International (NYSE: SCI) (the "Company") announced today that it has successfully completed its previously announced public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2029.  The offering was made by means of an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as the lead joint book-running manager for the offering. The Company will use net proceeds from the offering to repurchase its $425 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2022 pursuant to the Company's previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation, repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility, and pay related fees and expenses.
