Severson Receives ASSE Safety Professional of the Year Award

She has 23 years of safety experience, working in numerous industries and has held a variety of environmental health and safety-related positions. The past decade of Severson's career has been dedicated to healthcare safety and loss control for all sectors of care. She provides expert consultation for Lockton healthcare clients across the country and is an expert on safe patient handling and movement.

Severson received her bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of St. Thomas and her master's degree in safety from the University of Wisconsin Stout. She is a certified Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) and Associate Safety Professional (ASP).
