Measuring social engagement data all nations participating in the Sochi Games across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Shareablee has identified the Olympic teams with the most engaged audiences leading up to February 7^th.

Globally focused Olympic properties are driving the most social conversations. The NBC Olympics, Sochi 2014 Winter Games, and The Olympic Games properties drove 57% of the social conversations about the Olympics with 3.2M interactions across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in the month leading up to Sochi.
Instagram drives the most engagement. Instagram generated 14x more engagement per post across the category average than Facebook and 9x more engagement per tweet on Twitter.
