Sharon L. Larkin Joins Rogers Joseph O'Donnell as New Shareholder
WASHINGTON, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rogers Joseph O'Donnell announces that Sharon L. Larkin has joined the boutique litigation firm and will be a shareholder in the Washington, D.C. office. Sharon comes to the firm from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) where she served as an Assistant General Counsel of the Procurement Law Division and as a trial judge on the GAO Contract Appeals Board. She is the present Chair of the Public Contracts Law Section of the American Bar Association.

At the GAO, Ms. Larkin issued more than 370 published decisions on bid protests and contract appeals, presided over more than 40 hearings and trials, and conducted more than 65 alternative dispute resolution sessions. She is the author of many significant GAO decisions. Ms. Larkin won numerous awards for distinguished service, including the GAO's Distinguished Service Award from the Comptroller General in 2007 and several Outstanding Achievement Awards from the Office of General Counsel.
