TULSA, Okla., Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sheehan Pipe Line Construction Company was started in 1903 and has now worked within the United States providing construction services for 110 years.  Mr. R. David Sheehan, Jr. and Mr. Robert A. Riess, Sr. are the current owners of SPLCC and are excited about the success and future of the company.
