Shikun & Binui Announces Notification of Extension of Closing Date for Tender Offer to September 14, 2017

AIRPORT CITY, Israel, September 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Shikun & Binui Ltd. (TASE: SKBN), a global construction and infrastructure company headquartered in Israel, today announced that it has extended the closing date of the tender offer made on August 20, 2017 from September 10, 2017 to September 14, 2017. The primary reason for the extension is discussions currently held between the Company and representatives of Dune International S.A.R.L., as reported in the Company's Immediate Report of September 5, 2017 (document #2017-01-078496).
